Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. However, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Liability only arises once we become aware of a specific legal violation; we will remove such content immediately. Photos and other files on this website belong exclusively to iRAD Engineering.

Liability for Links

Our site partly contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no control. The respective provider is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. No legal violations were apparent at the time of linking; permanent monitoring without concrete evidence is not reasonable. Should we become aware of any legal violations, we will remove the affected links immediately.

The content created on this site is subject to copyright. Reproduction, editing, distribution and any form of use beyond the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Third-party content is marked as such; if notified of a copyright infringement, we will remove the affected content immediately.

Embedded Third-Party Content

On some pages (e.g. video examples, live demo channels) we embed content from YouTube and Vimeo via iFrame. Loading this content may establish a connection to servers operated by Google (YouTube) or Vimeo; the respective privacy policies of these providers apply.

Help chat (AI)

If you use the help chat, your question and the most recent messages of that conversation are sent via our server to the AI service Claude by Anthropic PBC (USA) so that an answer can be generated. Please do not enter personal data in the chat. We do not store the conversation permanently; to prevent abuse we briefly keep a counter per visitor (a value derived from the IP address, without the plain address). Answers are generated automatically and may contain errors.

Analytics & Tracking

This website does not use third-party analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics). To improve our content, we use our own privacy-friendly counter that records which pages are viewed, for how long they were visible and how far they were scrolled. No cookies are set, no individuals are identified, and only the approximate country and city are derived from the connection using a local database (DB-IP), without storing the IP address; the data never leaves our server. Counting is skipped automatically if your browser sends "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control". In addition, our hosting provider collects technically necessary server logs for operational security.
