Start screen
The start screen shows today at a glance: the running project and playlist, a timeline with video lists, layouts and special dates, and the clip overview. “Start video project” and “Stop video project” control the channel from here.
Projects and playlists
Playlists bundle video clips in a sequence. A project combines playlists, can carry a logo overlay and has its own permanent streaming URL. Clips are added with a YouTube or Vimeo link; CSV import and export are available.
Day plan and week plan
The plan decides what runs when. The day plan shows video lists and layouts on one timeline: drag blocks to move them, drag the edges to change the length. The week plan sets content per weekday, and special dates cover single days or periods such as a conference or a Christmas menu.
Cards, layouts and templates
Menu cards and other layouts replace or accompany the video at set times. Start from a ready-made layout in the wizard or build your own in the card editor with text, images, clock, weather, news, QR code, ticker and more.
Messages
Scrolling or overlay text with chosen speed, position and font. Save messages as templates. Send them live to a running project with a display duration, or schedule them with start and end time for campaigns.
Monitoring
The project, playlist and connection history show what played and which devices connected. A live preview shows the running channel, and the footer shows active connections at all times.
Account, licence and resellers
Your licence term is shown in your account, and you are reminded by e-mail before it ends. Resellers manage their customers, set their own prices and give customers a login page with their own logo and colours.
