Existing YouTube or Vimeo clips supply the video material — no extra upload, no encoder of your own needed.

Layer 2

Control

In your browser you configure playlists, projects, logo overlays and messages, and keep an eye on every channel's status.

Layer 3

Playback

Every project gets a fixed streaming URL. It runs in any common browser — on a monitor, a digital signage player, or embedded on your website.

System architecture

One account, any number of projects, any number of receiving devices.

Your playlists live on istream.suisse-video.ch and pull their video material directly from YouTube and Vimeo. Each project runs independently and can be received by any number of streaming clients at the same time.

Requirements

Monitoring

Every channel reports its status.

Connection status, playback, buffering, errors or project end can be tracked in real time for every project individually — including a history log for projects, playlists and connections.
