Who keeps your screen content up to date?

A schedule displays prepared content. Someone still needs to check whether prices, dates and contact details are correct. Clear responsibilities help during holidays and staff changes too.

Assign responsibility for each item

Decide who confirms the details and who edits the content. They can be the same person. What matters is that nobody assumes another team has already checked the price or date.

Plan cover and expiry at the same time

Name a person to provide cover and record the display end for temporary content. A recurring weekly schedule is not an expiry date. Content without an end date needs a next review date.

Example: a maintenance plan for a fictional small business

ContentResponsibility and checkExpiry or next review
Opening hoursReception confirms; project owner editsWhenever details change and at the agreed review date
Current offerRelevant team confirms price and availabilityRemove at expiry; review availability regularly
EventOrganiser confirms date and registrationRevise after the deadline; remove after the event
Contact and QR destinationProject owner checks the destinationAfter website changes and at the agreed review date

A process example without real staff. Add names, cover, specific dates and project references to your own list.

Check the screen after changes

SUISSE-VIDEO can display prepared content on a schedule. After editing, check actual playback and affected language versions. This maintenance plan is a team process; it does not assume built-in approval or reminder features.
