Prepare arrival and site information for camping guests

Where is reception, how do I find the facilities and where are current notices? A screen can answer the first questions without displaying the entire site rules. These steps help you prepare suitable content and check actual playback on site.

1. Separate arrival and stay information

New arrivals need reception, check-in and directions. Guests already on site need service times and current notices. Plan a few useful cards rather than one long list for both audiences.

2. Use the names shown on site

Use building names that match signs and the site map. Check short directions on site. The screen supplements the map; it does not replace permanently available directions.

3. Explain shared facilities

For facilities, give the location, confirmed hours and a contact. Check restrictions before announcing availability. The table covers reception, facilities and a site meeting without real operating details.

These examples are fictional. Prices, dates, locations and processes are invented and must be replaced with confirmed details for your business.

4. Schedule current notices deliberately

Prepare text cards and appropriate display times. Give temporary notices an end date. This example assumes no automatic weather, occupancy or opening-hours feed. Name someone to confirm local changes and keep cards current.

5. Test with arriving guests

Check display and language from the actual waiting position. Can guests identify reception and their first destination? Essential safety and emergency information must remain reliably accessible independently of a rotating screen programme. Agree such details with the responsible people.
