What should each screen show?

At reception, guests need directions. In the breakfast room, they need service times. Choose content around the question people have at each location.

Give each location a purpose

Write down a specific question for each screen: “Where do I check in?” or “When does breakfast finish?” A long shared loop makes guests wait for the information they need now.

Keep the facts consistent and adapt the selection

Breakfast hours must agree at reception and in the breakfast room. The presentation can differ: reception gives directions to the restaurant, while the restaurant highlights when service ends. Maintain an agreed internal list of shared facts.

Example: three locations at Hotel Panorama

Reception: where is breakfast served?Breakfast 07:00–10:00 · Restaurant on the ground floor.Breakfast hours and the actual room name

Outside the event room: am I in the right place?“Alpenblick” workshop · Seeblick room · 14:00–16:00.Confirmed event title, room and time

Fictional hotel with invented times, room names and event details. The table is a planning aid, not a customer case study. Use only details that match your own business.

Assign each programme deliberately

Devices opening the same project URL receive that project’s programme. For different content at different locations, plan suitable projects and check the assignment on each device. Check calendar settings and playback on site; separate projects do not automatically synchronise text.
