Content maintenance · Team approval
Who can change screen content? Organise team approval
An incorrect price can be published quickly. Decide who prepares content, who confirms the facts and who checks playback in the correct project.
Make responsibility clear
Name the person handling changes and a deputy. The kitchen confirms the dish; the responsible manager confirms its price. The editor needs to know which details have been agreed.
Check the finished card
Check the final card, not just the submitted text: price, date, language, project and display time. Correct text published in the wrong project is still an incorrect publication.
Example: a new menu card at Pizzeria Oliva
| Step | Responsibility | Record |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | Kitchen supplies dish and description | Card title and editing date |
| Approval | Manager confirms price and validity | Confirmation of the reviewed version |
| Playback | Person responsible checks project and device | Brief check after the change |
Record approval briefly
Record the title, reviewed version, approver and time. A simple internal list can suffice. This is a team agreement, not a technical guarantee that unapproved changes are blocked.
