Send a short-notice message to a running programme
A time changes at short notice or a meeting point moves. An immediate message informs the selected project without turning the update into a permanent card schedule.
Spontaneous change or planned notice?
Use an immediate message for a confirmed short-notice update. Recurring information suits scheduled cards or timed messages. A screen does not replace direct notification when individuals must reliably receive the change.
Check the target and text first
Open the message-sending dialog. Explicitly select the correct project and a saved message or template, or edit the text in the dialog. The help says green beside project selection means active; it does not alone confirm visible display on every screen.
Example workflow
| Step | Content or procedure | Check |
|---|---|---|
| Change | Meeting point today, 26 October 2026, 14:00: reception instead of Garten room. | Confirm the event and change |
| Duration | Five minutes in the sending dialog, an example choice. | Adapt the duration to the situation |
| Check | Check the correct device, then expiry or stop. | Assign a responsible person |
Stop and check expiry
The stop-message option ends the active message in the selected project. Check the normal programme after expiry or stopping. Record who stops a continuous message. If details change again, review and correct the text rather than leaving conflicting notices in place.
