Plan notices for classes, registration and room changes
Which class starts next, where is it and how do I register? A reception screen can answer these questions without replacing a complete training programme. The guide adds preparation, scheduling and checks on site to the example.
1. Focus on the next class visit
This article covers finding an offered class rather than club news. Choose the class name, confirmed start, room and registration route. A new visitor should know whether to go to reception or directly to the room.
2. Keep registration and requirements clear
Give the actual booking route and necessary requirements. Show available places only when checked. A class notice is not individual training advice or a promise of health benefits.
3. Show essentials outside the room
At the door, people need title, start and confirmed room. A full list of offers belongs at reception or on the website. Use room names that match signs and booking documents.
Example for your screen
| Situation | Short content | Check before display |
|---|---|---|
| Reception | “Bewegung am Abend” class · 22 October 2026, 18:00 · Seeblick room. Register at reception. | Confirm time and registration route |
| Classroom door | 18:00 · “Bewegung am Abend” · Seeblick room. | Match the current timetable |
| Room change | The class on 22 October 2026 is in Garten room. Please follow the signs. | Notify participants directly as well |
4. Update changes deliberately
Prepare text cards and suitable schedules. Confirm room changes or cancellations with the responsible person. This guide assumes no automatic booking or occupancy integration. Also notify registered participants through the agreed channel.
5. Test with a new visitor
Check whether someone can explain registration, room and start time. Test the display shortly before and after the class. Temporary cards must not carry over incorrectly to the next day. Permanent rules remain in their designated fixed location.
