Property in the window: turn a listing into a screen card
A detailed listing belongs on a property page. In the window, people first need the location, offer, price and a clear route to further information.
Help people make an initial decision
Decide what passers-by should see at a glance: rental or sale, location, property type and price. Use confirmed details only. A short card need not list every feature, but shortening must not change the meaning of the offer.
Choose facts rather than slogans
Use the essential details from the approved listing. Prices must show whether they are monthly and which stated components apply. Avoid unsupported claims such as “guaranteed appreciation”. Keep full details on the property page.
Example for your screen
| Situation | Short content | Check before display |
|---|---|---|
| Detailed listing | Location, features, cost components and viewing details on the property page. | Keep the full approved information |
| Short card | Flat to rent in Ebikon · 3 rooms · CHF 1850/month net rent + CHF 200 additional charges. | Replace invented details with confirmed property data |
| Next step | Details and viewings: open the property page or contact the agency. | Test the destination, contact and availability |
Test from the street
Check the screen through the window at a typical distance and in daylight. Can someone state the location, price and next step? Test the QR code on the real screen and its destination on a phone. After changes, check that card and listing still describe the same offer.
