Show training, dates and club life on your screen
What is happening today? Where does the group meet? How can newcomers arrange a trial session? A screen at the clubhouse helps when it answers these questions briefly.
Separate today’s activities from upcoming events
Show current training separately from future events. Name the group, date, time and location. “Training on Wednesday” is not enough if several groups or venues are involved.
Include people who are new to the club
Explain how to arrange a trial session and whether booking is required. A club contact or working contact page is more useful than a general invitation to join in.
Example: content at the fictional Miteinander sports club
| Content | What to show | What to check first |
|---|---|---|
| Today’s training | Group, date, time and venue | Confirmation from the training organiser |
| Trial session | How to register and the club contact | Current conditions and a working contact route |
| Upcoming event | Date, location and booking details | Validity and removal after the event |
| Club video | A short introduction to an activity | Approval for the intended use |
Show club life and maintain the dates
SUISSE-VIDEO can schedule prepared text content and videos. Use approved footage and keep training details current. This example does not assume an automatic connection to a club calendar.
