Renovation on site: guide guests through temporary changes
An entrance is temporarily closed or a meeting moves to another room. Short screen notices help only when they match the routes actually approved for use.
Explain changes where they matter
Place information before the decision point: at the usual entrance or outside the original room. A screen behind a closed entrance cannot help. Add fixed notices visible independently of a rotating display.
Give the destination and next step
State which location has changed and where guests should go instead. Use the actual entrance name and checked directions. The table illustrates room changes and temporary service locations.
Example: short notices for everyday use
| Situation | Screen message or test question | Check or next step |
|---|---|---|
| Entrance | Main entrance closed until 20 October 2026. Please use the Garten entrance, following the signs. | Confirm date and approved access |
| Room change | Meeting on 18 October 2026: Seeblick room instead of Garten room. | Match signs and invitations |
| Service | Registration is temporarily in the Seeblick room. Our team on site can help. | Check location and available contact |
Check the visitor route and return to normal
Ask someone unfamiliar with the site to explain the route from the notices or walk it under suitable conditions. Check the actual display. After the change ends, remove temporary signs and check the regular programme, website and contact information.
