Keep offers and opening hours consistent across channels

This guide covers consistency between screens, websites and other published details. It describes a working routine, not an automatic connection between systems.

SUISSE-VIDEO · 6 October 2026 · 4-minute read

1. Find every occurrence of shared details

Search your own channels for the exact detail. Include text within images, downloads and language versions. A short list of locations is more reliable than remembering where a price probably appears.

2. Establish an agreed fact sheet

Record the confirmed value, when it applies and who owns the information. Keep opening hours separate from kitchen hours. A limited offer needs start and end dates. The list is an internal reference, not an assumed automatic data feed.

3. Write suitable text for each channel

Screens need concise details; websites can explain the offer and contact options. Use the same facts in both. The table illustrates different text lengths for the same lunch offer. Remove outdated details from images and downloadable files too.

Example: one lunch offer across three channels

ChannelSuitable wordingShared fact

Printed noticeLunch offer · CHF 19.50 · 12–16 October 2026 · 11:30–14:00.Same details; remove afterwards

Fictional offer with invented price and dates. These texts illustrate a comparison, not automatic synchronisation.

4. Coordinate publication and scheduling

Update the website through its usual publishing process. Schedule the screen card in the calendar for the intended period. Record other channels that need separate updates. This guide does not assume SUISSE-VIDEO updates your website or public profiles automatically. Before the offer starts, check that the planned versions are ready.

5. Check visible versions and expiry

Check the published website and actual screen at the start and after the offer ends. Review languages, devices and relevant times of day. Record which places have been checked and who handles the remaining updates. If details conflict, confirm the valid fact first, then correct every affected location.
