From breakfast to dinner: plan your restaurant screen

A lunch menu is only useful while guests can order from it. Schedule your screen around what the kitchen actually serves, including the gaps between meals.

SUISSE-VIDEO · 5 October 2026 · 2-minute read

Start with kitchen service times

Write down when each offer is available to order. Restaurant opening hours and kitchen service times may differ. The screen should stop presenting lunch dishes as current offers when lunch service ends.

Plan the gaps as well

Coffee and desserts may suit the afternoon if they are available. Otherwise, show restaurant videos with a clear note about when the kitchen reopens. Avoid gaps that leave an outdated menu on screen.

Example: a day at the fictional Pizzeria Oliva

TimeScreen contentWhat to confirm

Fictional offers and times. Each time marks a change: at 14:00 the lunch menu ends and afternoon content begins. Use this schedule only on days with the corresponding service hours.

Schedule the display and check it daily

SUISSE-VIDEO lets you schedule menus and videos. Your team still needs to check dishes, prices and availability. Review changes to opening hours and manually update items that have sold out.
